We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing and Customer Service Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and distributing weekly pricing, ad allowance information.The ideal candidate will work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams, ensure accurate billing processes, and assist with quarterly audits of customer pricing sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Obtain, maintain, and distribute weekly pricing and ad allowance information.
2. Maintain and update the Price Group File in Dynamics AX.
3. Perform specialized billing functions, including Material, Miscellaneous, and
Brokerage Billing.
4. Collaborate with Sales Staff and Customer Service Reps on ad allowance entries.
5. Review and approve allowance and rebate payments to customers.
6. Conduct quarterly audits of Excel-based customer price sheets.
7. Process weekly reports, including Bid, Override, and Miscellaneous Billing reports.
8. Provide backup support to Customer Service and Pricing Coordinator II as needed.
9. Create new customer accounts and handle corporate billing tasks.
10, Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school, or a combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years in customer service or a related field, preferably with experience in billing or pricing.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Dynamics AX or similar database programs is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Grocery stores experience
Ability to interpret and follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and procedural manuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and employees.
