A prominent Family Law firm in Boca Raton is seeking a skilled Family Law Paralegal for a direct hire position with hybrid work options. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with substantial experience in family law to support our legal team. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Affidavit Preparation: Draft and review Florida family law financial affidavits, utilizing Florida Family Law software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Child Support Calculations: Prepare and complete Florida Child Support Guideline Worksheets in accordance with state guidelines.
Drafting and Filing Motions: Quickly and accurately prepare urgent motions for temporary support, including filing and scheduling hearings.
Final Hearing Preparation: Manage all documentation, organize exhibits, and ensure the comprehensive preparation needed for Final Hearings in Dissolution of Marriage cases.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Family Law Paralegal in Florida.
Strong understanding of family law procedures, forms, and requirements.
Proficiency with Florida Family Law software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
