Daily tasks include:
Paralegal certificate and/or legal background is a plus!
High communication with attorneys, clients, and potential clients
Gather and organize client documentation
Prepare correspondence, and draft pleadings
E-filing of documents with the court
Manage firm calendar
Create new systems for implementation in the firm
Plan education and marketing events hosted by firm
Full time semi- flexible hours

Work for two ¾ time attorneys
Case load ranges from 30-45 with generally around 20 active
Bulk of firm is currently family law but building our estate planning practice
Paralegal will mostly handle family law and litigation cases only
