Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys with various tasks to ensure efficient legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
Assist in preparing for court proceedings, including assembling exhibits, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Coordinate and manage deadlines for court filings, hearings, and client deliverables.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing attorney calendars, and maintaining billing records.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
