As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our litigation processes. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and is a proactive problem solver. Key Responsibilities: Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet deadlines. Collaboration: Work well with others to ensure a cohesive team environment. Discovery & Evidence: Anticipate discovery and evidentiary issues, and discuss them with attorneys. Document Preparation: Draft proposed discovery responses, non-party subpoenas, and identify documents for production. Coordination: Organize expert/attorney conferences and prepare expert packages. Client Interaction: Gather client documents and interrogatory verification pages. Trial Preparation: Prepare proposed witness and exhibit lists, exhibits, and objections.
