Paralegal - Bilingual English/Spanish
Los Angeles Area- Fully remote
Compensation range: $27 per hour
About Us:
Our client is in needed of someone who has experience with client communication and can handled cases from intake through trial and case resolution in various jurisdictions. Paralegal Certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Manage a caseload from intake to trial
- Explain case flow to clients
- Conduct phone interviews with potential clients
- Subpoena records
- Experienced with eservice and efiling
- Coordinate with deposition coordinator
- Case Prep for Trial Setting Conference/Case Management Conference
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Previous experience as a Paralegal/Senior Legal Assistant
- Paralegal Certificate preferred or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Excel, Adobe
