Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal with a background in insurance litigation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment where precision and efficiency matter? Join our dynamic legal team in Portland, Oregon, and play a key role in supporting complex insurance-related cases.
What You’ll Do:
? Assist attorneys with insurance defense and litigation cases, including case preparation and legal research
? Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
? Manage case files, court filings, and deadlines to ensure compliance with legal procedures
? Conduct fact-checking, document analysis, and trial preparation
? Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel
? Handle e-discovery and document production
? Maintain and update case management systems
What We’re Looking For:
? 3+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on insurance litigation
? Strong knowledge of Oregon court rules, civil litigation processes, and insurance law
? Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software
? Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
? Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training (preferred)
