Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury & Property Damage)
Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site)
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys to assist with active litigation matters and trial preparation. This position plays a key role in case management, document preparation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties
Maintain attorney calendars and manage scheduling of depositions, pre-depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings
Handle document management utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
E-file legal documents in Florida’s E-Portal System
Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas
Draft and send correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and third parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail
Regularly communicate with clients and provide case updates
Schedule court calls and Zoom hearings
Perform other duties as needed to support the litigation team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
Trial preparation experience preferred
Prior experience with e-filing in both state and federal courts is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
