Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Conduct legal research and compile case materials.
Maintain case files and manage deadlines.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness coordination.
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent certification).
2+ years of experience as a family law paralegal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw).
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
