We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our legal team. This role involves assisting with case preparation, conducting legal research, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
Maintain and organize case files and legal documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
File documents with courts and other legal entities.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
Paralegal certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive and professional attitude.
