Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to provide critical support to our attorneys. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with title reviews, survey analysis, and facilitating complex real estate transactions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working directly with attorneys and clients, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage title, survey, zoning, and ancillary diligence matters.
Facilitate real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing closings.
Order and review UCC lien searches and handle financing statement filings.
Draft, review, and proof legal documents for various real estate transactions.
Prepare post-transaction binders and corporate/partnership organizational documents.
Assist attorneys in preparing lease agreements, transfer documents, and other transaction-related materials.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (background in management or human resources is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on real estate.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
