Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Graphic Design Experience a Plus)
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a part-time role (25 to 30 hours per week). This position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication. A background in graphic design is a plus and will be used to support training-related materials. Pay is $20 to $22 hourly
Minimum Qualifications:
-Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
-3+ years of administrative experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
-Quick to learn new software (e.g., Biz Library)
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Highly organized, able to handle frequent interruptions
-Team player who can also work independently
-Maintains confidentiality and attention to detail
Preferred:
-Basic graphic design skills for creating training announcements
-Experience with exporting, writing, and maintaining reports
