Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance and advisory services for real estate owners and operators of commercial and residential rental properties (Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Malls, Apartment Rentals, etc.).
- Handle complex Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065) and special allocations between partners.
- Stay ahead of evolving tax laws related to real estate entities and provide strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with high-level clients and internal teams to optimize tax strategies.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience at a Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm.
- Expertise in real estate tax returns and partnership structures—at least 3 years of focused experience in this area.
- Strong knowledge of complex partnership tax law, compliance, and special allocations.
- A degree from a Top University and excellent work experience (required for top-end salary range).
