We are seeking a motivated Patient Engagement Specialist to drive business development, manage patient referrals, and enhance clinic growth. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and executing sales strategies to improve patient engagement and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage patient leads through high-volume outbound calls (60-80 daily).
• Qualify prospects and create a pipeline for the Patient Advocate and Care Navigator teams.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Identify internal marketing opportunities to enhance clinic growth.
• Support community outreach/business development initiatives in the DFW area.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, patients, and clinic staff.

Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required.
