Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Coordination: Manage a high volume of patient interactions, including complex scheduling and coordination across multiple departments.
• Phone Support: Professionally handle a high volume of incoming telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Patient Support: Assist patients with authorizations and ensure smooth patient experiences from start to finish.
• Medical Authorizations: Process and manage patient authorizations efficiently and accurately.

Required Experience and Skills:
• EPIC System Proficiency: Previous hands-on experience with EPIC is mandatory. Only candidates with EPIC experience will be considered.
• Medical Terminology Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology is required to excel in this role.
• High-Volume Scheduling: Proven experience handling high-volume scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced medical setting.
