Construction Client in Sacramento that is looking to hire another Labor Compliance Coordinator.

They need this ASAP. The ideal candidate would have experience with the following:
• CA State Prevailing Wage Laws
• Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages
• DIR Website
• LCP Tracker
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $27.64 - $34 depending on years of experience.

Description of work:
This role will perform various duties as they relate to Labor Compliance efforts. Specifically, this role has primary responsibility for the following areas: Ensure accurate processing, recording, and reporting of Certified Payroll Records (CPR) in compliance with California Prevailing Wage Law, Federal Davis-Bacon and related Acts, PWA obligations for the Inflation Reduction Act, and Union Master Labor Agreements as applicable and additional assignments as required based on need.
