We are hiring for a Payroll Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES!
* Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
* Update and maintain employee personal files and records.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
* Assist with year-end payroll processes, including tax forms and reports.
* Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data.
* Perform general office management support and promote positive employee relations.
* Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of experience in payroll or human resources.
* Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
HUGE PLUS:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Certification in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional).
* Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
