Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing various payroll tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for employees on a regular schedule
Verify timesheets, attendance, and other payroll-related records
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Handle payroll inquiries and provide prompt support to employees
Assist with payroll reports and record-keeping
Support payroll audits and end-of-year payroll processing tasks
Qualifications:
Familiarity with payroll software and timekeeping systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred Experience:
Previous payroll or related administrative experience
Basic knowledge of payroll regulations
