Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain salary and compensation packages for employees.
Audit timecards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Process sick time and PTO requests, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of discrepancies.
Support the Payroll Manager with special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
MUST have 3-5 years of payroll experience.
MUST have Paycom experience – familiarity with the software is essential for this role.
A huge plus if you have HR experience, including benefits administration.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve discrepancies with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with an office requirement of 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
