Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist I to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist with processing payroll and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees. You will also provide support with ad hoc payroll tasks and issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing efficiently and accurately.
Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in payroll processing, with strong attention to detail.
High level of professionalism and integrity in managing confidential information.
Familiarity with payroll systems; experience with Workday is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of payroll experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday and a ticketing systems for managing employee inquiries.
