We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a small, collaborative team and play a key role in payroll processing and HR operations. This position is initially an ongoing temporary position with the potential for permanent hire.

• Preferably onsite, with potential for hybrid flexibility after training.
?? Compensation:
• $30-35
?? Key Responsibilities:
? Payroll Processing – Includes printing checks on payroll day.
? Collaboration – Work closely with payroll team!
? Paperwork Management – Oversee payroll and HR-related documentation.
? Software – ADP is being implemented, so experience is highly preferred.
?? Team & Environment:
?? Small, supportive team (Payroll Supervisor will oversee one specialist).
?? Close collaboration with a small accounting team of about 5 people
