What You’ll Do:
? Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
? Handle prevailing wage payroll, certified payroll reporting, and compliance with Davis-Bacon Act regulations
? Maintain payroll records, including timecards, deductions, and benefits administration
? Work closely with HR, finance, and project managers to verify job classifications and wage determinations
? Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries
? Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for government and union projects
? Stay up-to-date on prevailing wage laws, tax regulations, and labor compliance
What We’re Looking For:
? 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction
? Experience with prevailing wage payroll and certified payroll reporting (REQUIRED)
? Strong knowledge of federal and Oregon state labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance
? Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paycom, QuickBooks, or similar)
? Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
? Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
? Strong problem-solving and communication skills
