We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of payroll experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in payroll processing, tax compliance, and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
• Manage employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
• Assist with year-end reporting, W-2 preparation, and audits
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to support benefits and compensation programs

Requirements:
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
• Experience with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing is a plus
