We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager with Florida law experience who will know how to do the job on day one.
Temp role to start ASAP
$29-$31/hour
As a case manager, you will be responsible for opening files, client communication, medical management, requesting records, preparing demands, negotiating medical bills and preparing closing statements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50+ pre-litigation personal injury cases under partner supervision.
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and updated .
• Interact with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and monitor medical records for treatment compliance.
• Prepare demand packages, assist with negotiations, and handle closing statements.
• Negotiate medical balances and review records to resolve billing issues post-settlement.
Qualifications:
• Education: Associate’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Plaintiff’s pre-litigation personal injury case manager (in Florida), with the ability to manage cases independently from day one
• Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Filevine (preferred), Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint), and Zoom
• Other skills highly valued: Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills with a client-first approach
