Under the supervision of the Terra Cotta Superintendent this position supports the pressing department. Duties include but not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workers involved in creating plaster models, molds, and pressing terra cotta veneers
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff
• Monitor the quality of plaster models, molds, and pressed products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Experience in operating and processing products, knowledge of machinery, Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
