We are seeking a Print Production & Mailroom Specialist to join our team. This is a cross-functional role primarily focused on print production but also involves mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have experience in print production, customer service, and a professional demeanor.
Location: 500 8th Street NW, Concourse Level, Washington, DC 20004
Pay Rate: $19.46 per hour
Schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual
Interview Process: Initial video interview via Teams, followed by an in-person interview
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-volume printing equipment and assist with print production tasks.
• Process, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist in shipping & receiving operations.
• Provide hospitality services within the office environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot copiers and related office equipment.
• Ensure all mail and package deliveries are logged and properly routed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with executives and legal professionals.
• Assist with conference room setups and light building maintenance as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience (2+ years in the legal industry preferred).
• Previous print production and copy job experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ability to operate copiers, scanners, and related office equipment.
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Parking is the responsibility of the candidate; public transportation is available nearby (Gallery Place Metro Stop).
