Entertainment Company is looking to hire Process Documentation Specialist's Needed (Part Time)
**Company is looking for individuals that have created manuals/processes/procedures – THIS MUST BE REFLECTIVE ON THE RESUME**
Part Time Role - 100% In Office Only
•Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
•9:30am – 6pm
•Contract for 8 weeks, could go longer
•Start Week of April 7th
Interview Process:
•Video interview, in person interview, then start job
Software Required:
•PC Computer
•Google Docs and Google Sheets
•Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skills Requirements:
•Very proactive, not reactive
•High accuracy for attention to detail
•Strong organizational skills
•Open to someone using AI to help document
Job Duties:
•Will be assisting Accounting, Marketing, Domestic Operations, Global Operations, Media/Graphics, Executive Director, Office Manager and Program Management
•Will be responsible for documenting, creating, and organizing department manuals, processes, workflows, and procedures across various departments
•Schedule meetings with each department to document the process of how each department runs and works (via written paper notes, via laptop, hand recorder, etc.)
•Setting time aside to meet with each person and or department for 1 to 2 hours daily until process is completed
•Create binders/folders and create drives with the processes in them so everyone has access to them
•Ability to translate complex processes into clear, concise documentation
•Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy and clarity
