Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Collaboration: Review contracts and ensure that technical requirements are clearly defined and met.
Product Development: Lead manufacturability reviews, support tool design, and manage product trials.
Project Leadership: Oversee engineering projects, from planning and execution to equipment installation and qualification.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts, troubleshoot issues, and enhance manufacturing processes.
NCRB Involvement: Participate in non-conformance reviews, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Sales & Marketing Support: Provide technical expertise to support quoting and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Science).
10+ years of experience in rubber/composite manufacturing.
3+ years in defense, aerospace, or related industries.
Expertise in molding, hand lay-up, autoclave curing, and various rubber compounds.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Exceptional communication skills and a strong team player.
