We’re partnering with a forward-thinking company to find an experienced Production Manager ready to take ownership of the production floor and transform operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with the CEO to set strategic goals, overhaul workflows, and maximize technology in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the production team to meet tight deadlines, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing, from managing staff to troubleshooting equipment.
• Create and refine SOPs, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support employee growth through training, evaluations, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Who You Are: You’re a problem solver and a proactive manager with a strong background in production or packaging environments. You excel in leadership and communication, thrive under pressure, and bring a strong understanding of Lean principles (Green Belt certification is required!). If you have a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
