Hybrid Program Manager – Banking & Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Sectors

Pay rate: $61.62 per hour
12 MONTH + CONTRACT
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within the Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sectors. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience, has a strong management consulting discipline to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring that high-impact programs align with organizational goals and are executed seamlessly across competing priorities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the steering committee, assess program scope, guide the workstream breakdown structure, and provide recommendations for improving program delivery. You will advocate program management best practices, educate sponsors, and challenge the status quo to ensure the program’s success. With your deep understanding of risk management, you will assess, filter, and mitigate key risks and issues, enabling you to manage material status changes with judgment and excellence.
