Program Manager – Automotive Programs
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee the management and growth of our automotive degree and specialty programs. This role involves planning, developing, and coordinating a variety of credit and non-credit classes, scheduling faculty, maintaining curriculum standards, and ensuring program compliance with state regulations. You will manage and support faculty and staff, develop strategic plans, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance student learning and community outreach.
Key responsibilities include budget management, recruitment and retention strategies, promoting program visibility, maintaining compliance with ASE standards, and overseeing daily operations of the facility and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervisory experience in a community college or automotive dealership setting.
Pay Range: $85,000 to $90,000
