We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our innovative research incubator.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the program, including:

Project Management: Overseeing day-to-day project activities, developing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Event Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of our annual conference and bootcamp, including logistics, speaker coordination, and attendee management.

Sales and Marketing: Assisting with sales efforts, contract management, and the development of marketing materials to promote the program.

Digital Platform Development: Collaborating with our team to develop and maintain a robust digital platform to support the Innovation Nexus community.

Strategic Initiatives: Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to advance the program's goals.

Qualification must haves:
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare or innovation setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
