Low voltage company located in Irvine, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers with administrative work. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot as needed to difference tasks. Experience with permitting is highly preferred.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate and follow up on permits on city websites ensuring accuracy and progress,
- Assist tracking deliveries to construction sites, confirming all items received properly,
- Following up with vendors on missing deliveries or damaged products received,
- Collaboration with Project Managers, other departments, and vendors as needed,
- Extensive use of Excel,
- Use of Blue Beam software
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Strong attendance and punctuality are required for the role.
