We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in driving projects from inception to completion. In this position, you'll be at the heart of operations, managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include seamlessly receiving orders from customers or Account Executives and turning them into comprehensive job tickets that capture every detail, from customer codes to shipping and postage calculations. You'll maintain organized records for each project, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible for billing purposes. Regularly coordinating with Production Leaders, you'll monitor project progress, track daily statuses, and prepare updates for management. Acting as a key liaison, you'll route materials for client approval and resolve any issues that arise during job progression, prioritizing client satisfaction at every step.
