The Role
As a Project Coordinator with Executive Assistant responsibilities, you’ll wear many hats to ensure the seamless execution of projects while providing high-level support to our executive leadership. What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
Plan, monitor, and drive the progress of projects to meet deadlines and goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication.
Track project milestones, maintain schedules, and create detailed status reports.
Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects on course.
Executive Assistant Duties
Provide direct support to leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, prioritizing communications and requests.
Organize and oversee travel arrangements and expense reports.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in project coordination, executive assistance, or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
Adaptability: A proactive problem solver who can pivot gracefully in a dynamic environment.
