Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project planning, detailing, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
Manage project budgets, schedules, vendor relations, and communication.
Lead and complete multiple large, complex projects.
Collaborate with Field Superintendent to allocate resources.
Ensure alignment with foremen on project objectives.
Integrate Lean methodology and work with the Value Stream Manager.
Maintain high workmanship standards.
Manage submittal and closeout processes.

Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred.
PMP Certification preferred.
3-5 years of contract glazing project management experience.
Proficiency with construction management software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
