Project Manager responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

Oversee all phases of the construction process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget. Works closely with the Owner Representative and the Designer to align all efforts for the project benefit.

Supervise the Project Engineers and Superintendents to make sure the daily works are within the safety requirements, quality expected, on schedule, and on budget.

Produce the reports for the Company Management.

Maintains the project schedule on Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Coordinate and supervise with Subcontractors and Suppliers ensuring their work is conducted with safety, quality, and on schedule.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

· Excellent communication (Spanish and English).

· Interpersonal and team working skills.

· Self-starter and dynamic.

· Result oriented.
