Project Manager – Sales Opportunities (Remote)
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Location: Remote (Any U.S. Time Zone, 8 AM – 5 PM)
Pay Rate: $42.79 – $55.63/hr

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Sales team and manage high-value capital sales deals. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with complex sales processes, and the ability to drive projects to successful closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Projects: Oversee capital sales opportunities from proposal to close, ensuring timelines and actions are on track.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with Sales and Sales Managers to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Coordination: Lead weekly meetings with sales reps, engineers, and corporate accounts to set goals and keep projects moving forward.
Risk Management & Reporting: Identify risks, track progress, and provide executive-level reporting on deal status.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-mortem analysis to improve processes for future deals.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in project management with complex sales deals.
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP), excellent communication, and deal management expertise.

Preferred:
Experience in capital sales (MedTech, healthcare, construction) or familiarity with CRM tools.
PMP or similar certification.
