Client partner with AppleOne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, leading project teams, and ensuring quality control throughout the process. This role is essential to delivering successful projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to define project goals and objectives.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Manage day-to-day project operations, including assigning tasks, supervising work, and providing guidance to team members.
Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.
Conduct site visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices, is accurate and up to date.
Oversee procurement and hiring of subcontractors, ensuring all work complies with contractual terms and legal regulations.
Maintain effective communication with clients, resolving any concerns or challenges as they arise.
Implement and enforce project policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Open to the years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools).
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
