We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of commercial roofing, with a preference for Garland curved roofing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Read blueprints, perform take-offs, and oversee project execution.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with California prevailing wage laws and industry regulations.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and problem-solving as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial roofing project management (required).
Garland curved roofing experience (highly desired).
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification (required).
Knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and regulations.
Ability to read plans and perform take-offs.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
