AppleOne has partnered with a long-time and stable company needing a Project Manager.
Candidates must have commercial flooring experience.

Reviewing blueprints and construction specifications is preferred.
The Project Manager is responsible for calling on assigned accounts and managing projects though all stages of the construction process, from bidding, project planning and delivery, completion and managing the project budget against the actual costs.
Daily activities will include: calling on assigned customer accounts to generate sales. Preparing quotes based on customer requests and/or project plans and specifications. Evaluating specified materials, visiting job sites to confirm conditions and assist with issues, working with labor crews to schedule installation, coordinating directly with customers regarding project details and scheduling, and assisting with project close-out.
MUST have positive and pleasant attitude, be energetic and ready to learn and quickly integrate into a fast-paced team.
Leadership abilities, and able to speak to the customer and the team to manage everyone's expectations.
