About Us:
We are a growing construction company specializing in restaurant and hospitality builds. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in project management, with restaurant industry highly preferred, and possess a strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage exciting restaurant projects while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline requirements are met
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimating and tracking
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress, compliance, and safety standards
- Handle communication between clients, project stakeholders, and the construction team
- Ensure all construction work aligns with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are achieved

Preferred Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within the restaurant or hospitality industry
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
* PMP certification (Project Management Professional) highly preferred
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges proactively
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
