Looking for a Project Manager to work for a Commercial Construction Company .
Overseeing multiple projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining budgets and schedules.
Must be OSHA 30 certified or Osha 10 will be considered
Company offers work truck but you do have to travel to office every day to use- cannot take home
Must have experience with California prevailing wage rules & laws- they are NON-UNION but do follow a lot around this.

Will manage 6-20 guys on a project a time
Needs to be able to read plans, do take-offs, understand and if they are bilingual that is a huge plus

Salary is $100-$150k depending on Experience
