We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Administrator to support this property management team within the Commercial Property Management industry. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring seamless communication with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Some Responsibilities Include:
*Manage lease administration, including maintaining accurate records.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests.
*Process and code invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget preparation.
*Assist with rent collections, lease renewals, and compliance documentation.
*Support property managers.
The ideal candidate has experience in property management or administrative support, proficiency in MS Office (experience with Yardi a plus!), strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
