About the Role:
As a Property & Casualty Insurance CSR, you'll play a critical role in assisting clients with their insurance needs. You’ll work closely with customers to provide accurate information, process policy changes, and handle inquiries, ensuring an outstanding customer experience every time. Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims.
Process policy renewals, updates, and changes with accuracy.
Provide support for billing inquiries and payment processing.
Resolve issues and concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with insurance management systems is a bonus.
Licensing: Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (we’ll help you get there!).
