Our client is looking for a highly motivated Property Manager! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting tenants with their needs and renting housing property. It is required that the candidate can assist with the coordination of marketing efforts and serve as the primary contact for residents and prospective tenants. Additionally, the candidate will have strong communication skills, be discreet, and can foster an environment of trust and care for our tenants desired outcomes. Property Manager should display excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and be a great team leader!
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct background and credit checks to determine renters’ eligibility.
• Scheduling meetings with prospective tenants to discuss lease agreements and terms.
• Acts as the supervisor of a property with fewer than 200 units;
• Carries out inspection of all units, structures and systems that will ensure resident compliance with housekeeping standards, maximum scoring on HUD REAC inspections
• Implements annual operating budgets for the assigned property;
• Notify tenants about changes or updates with property.
• Answer customer questions related to issues with their property.
• Collect rent payments, application fees, and security deposits.
• Maintaining an organized office and community facility.

• Ability to actively listen and negotiate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of success and can articulate the results.
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information discreetly.
