Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled in managing budgets, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining the profitability and smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
-Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
-Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Property Maintenance:
-Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
-Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
-Collaborate with contractors and vendors for routine and emergency services.
-Financial Management:
-Develop and manage property budgets.
-Oversee rent collection and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies.
-Prepare financial reports and ensure timely payment of property-related expenses.
-Compliance and Administration:
-Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
-Maintain accurate records, including leases, inspections, and financial documents.
-Assist with marketing and leasing efforts to maintain occupancy rates.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in property management or a related field.
-Strong knowledge of property management best practices and regulations.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
