As our Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to our properties—whether that’s managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, or ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll have a key role in shaping the experience of residents and contributing to the long-term success of our properties.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing Tenants: Be the friendly face and expert problem-solver for our tenants. You’ll handle inquiries, lease renewals, and address concerns with professionalism and care. Your goal? Ensuring tenants love where they live!
Overseeing Maintenance & Repairs: From regular upkeep to emergency repairs, you’ll ensure that everything stays in top condition. You'll coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and vendors to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
Lease Administration: You’ll handle all aspects of leasing—from drafting and renewing contracts to processing applications. You’ll make sure everything is in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Budgeting & Financials: Manage property budgets, including rent collection, invoicing, and ensuring financials are accurate and up-to-date. Your keen eye for numbers will keep the property profitable!
Coordinating Property Upgrades & Inspections: Oversee the inspection process, ensure properties are in compliance with codes, and plan improvements that elevate the tenant experience.
Building Community: More than just managing buildings, you’ll be helping to build a community by organizing events and fostering a positive living environment for residents.
Stay Ahead of the Game: Stay up-to-date on local market trends, laws, and regulations that impact the properties you manage, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
What You Bring to the Table:
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive when managing multiple properties and tasks, keeping everything running smoothly without missing a beat.
People Skills: You’re a natural communicator with a knack for resolving issues, building relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
Financially Savvy: You understand budgets, rent collections, and the bottom line. You have the ability to analyze and report financial data accurately.
Problem-Solving Ability: Whether it’s a maintenance issue or a tricky tenant situation, you find solutions that keep everyone happy and everything running smoothly.
Experience: 2-3 years of property management experience is preferred, but we’re open to anyone with a strong sense of responsibility, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn!
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property management software and other tools (such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite) to stay organized and communicate effectively.
