We Are Looking For:
- 2+ Yardi Software Experience
- Oversee a team of 4+ employees (leasing agents and maintenance).
- Familiarity with Nevada eviction procedures.
- Ability to manage unit turnovers and maintenance tasks.
- Handle rent roll deposits, accounts payable, and receivables.
- Schedule and manage vendors and maintenance staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transition property management to Breeze Premier (online format for payments, applications, work orders).
- Address deferred maintenance and improve property condition.
- Assist in office organization and restructuring for efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance team and vendors daily, ensuring smooth operations.
- Be a hands-on manager, actively participating in tasks such as posting payables/receivables.
