Job Overview:
We are seeking a Property Manager (Lead) with at least 3+ years of Property Management experience! The ideal candidate will have experience in low-income housing and Section 8, but we are also open to providing training for the right individual. This role will involve leading a team of Property Managers and overseeing day-to-day operations in our county properties.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor other Property Managers across the county.
-Ensure tenant and unit management is in accordance with company policies.
-Oversee applications, complete inspections, and maintain high standards of property care.
-Manage compliance with low-income housing regulations, including Section 8.
-Ensure all tasks are completed on time and with precision, adhering to deadlines.
-Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of Property Management experience required.
-Low-income housing/Section 8 experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
-Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards.
-Ability to handle various property management tasks, including tenant relations, inspections, and unit management.
